USA Domestic Orders
There is a flat shipping and handling charge of $5.00 per order.
In addition, postage & handling fees are calculated on a per item basis. For most seed packets, the postage & handling fee is 25¢ per packet. A few varieties of seed, particularly large, heavy palm and cycad seeds, require special handling and/or additional postage. Such seeds incur a postage & handling fee of 50¢ per packet. Other gardening supplies are subject to additional shipping. The maximum postage & handling fee for domestic orders is $25.00 (excluding special express delivery requests).

International (non-USA) Orders
There is a flat shipping and handling charge of $7.50 per order.
In addition, postage & handling fees are calculated on a per item basis. For most seed packets, the postage & handling fee is 50¢ per packet. A few varieties of seed, particularly large, heavy palm and cycad seeds, require special handling and/or additional postage. Such seeds incur a postage & handling fee of $1.00 per packet. International orders of $100 or more may be shipped via registered mail, for which a fee of $11.75 will be added to your order. Orders of less than $100 also may be sent via registered mail at your request.
Processing and shipment of orders will be undertaken in the order received and can take anywhere from one to several days, depending on current volume. If you need something expedited, please add special instructions when you place your order and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests.
You agree to pay all customs duties, VAT, and/or other taxes and fees that may be levied by your government. You are responsible for knowing and heeding any import regulations, prohibitions and restrictions which may apply. Whatcom Seed Company shall not be responsible for shipments that are seized by customs or prohibited entry into your country for any reason. Phytosanitary certificates will not be provided under any circumstances.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will placed on backorder and shipped as soon as the item becomes available. If paying by credit card, you will not be charged for items until they are ready for shipment. We try to keep the website updated daily and items that are out of stock will be noted as such.
We will never rent, sell or share your personal data to anyone. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. Our credit card processor (a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program) receives the data necessary to process the financial aspect of your order. We may contact you by email regarding the status of your order. And we may contact you by phone, mail or email if we have questions regarding your order. We do not store your credit card number on our web server, but rather in a controlled, off-line environment, to better safeguard and secure this sensitive information.
Seed packets may be returned intact for refund within 30 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable after orders are shipped.
Whatcom Seed Company (the seller) warrants seed to be of the variety and quantity advertised. For domestic U.S. shipments, safe delivery is guaranteed and seeds lost or damaged during shipment will be replaced at seller's expense. Claims must be made within 30 days of shipment. All other replacements, refunds, returns and exchanges will be made at the sole discretion of the seller.
